In addition information is collected from Renters through an online application which information is disclosed only to the selected property manager that manages the property applied for. This application contains the information listed above in paragraph one that is necessary to approve a potential renter. The information is collected voluntarily. To receive our services, property manager, property, and application information is mandatory because it is the necessary means that would allow renters to fill property manager's vacancies. Other information we request is optional.
